Shipping Policy: 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world (excluding see below). Note that there are restrictions on some products and/or cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Most orders usually ships within 24 hours from your original date of your purchase and during our business hours.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 
The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

No Local pickups all order must ship via FedEx, USPS, or Truck including Will Call.

Compliance with Law and Export Policy, All products sold and other related technology and documentation are subject to export control laws, regulations and orders of the United States and the export or import control laws and regulations of other countries. Customer will not directly or indirectly export or divert any Products and other related technology and documentation to any third party or country where such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Buyer agrees it is responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export, or import as may be required.

Returns Policy: 
All sales are final.  We reserve the right to charge a 15~20% restocking fee per item on all returns – minus original shipping to you, all items are required to be return to seller (us), buyer is responsible for shipping cost.WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS RETURN / EXCHANGE / OR REPORTED DOA TO DETERMINE CONDITION AND RESELLABLITY PRIOR TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.In the event of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping.If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.RMA (Return Material Authorization) number , you the Buyer are responsible for pre-paying shipping the item back to us (Seller) within 7days of RMA# issued. Items returned without RMA# or after allotted time will not be accepted and package will be rejected and forwarded back to original buyer at buyers expense. You the Buyer are responsible for shipping the original item and all packaging, manual, instruction, accessories, hardware, and/or etc…

You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).Exchange: If an item is received damaged or DOA we can offer you an exchange only, we require the original item to be returned to seller prepaid, once we received the item we will issue a replacement if available (If no replacement is available we will issue a refund for the original purchase price).

YOU THE BUYER AGREE AND MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM. IF AFTER 48HOURS FROM RECEIPT THE ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTED AND SUBJECT TO OUR RETURN POLICY AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURN IF ITEM IS DAMAGED OR NOT WORKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Seller's limited Warranty: 


Seller warrants to Buyer the Products purchased hereunder shall conform to the applicable manufacturer's specifications.  Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products. IN PARTICULAR, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT. 

With respect to Products which do not meet applicable specifications, Seller's liability is limited, at Seller's election, to (1) refund of Buyer's purchase price for such Products (without interest) and less shipping charges or (2) replacement of such Products; provided, however, that such Products must be returned to Seller, along with acceptable evidence of purchase, within three (3) days from the invoice date/purchase date, transportation charges prepaid, item must be returned with all original documentation, packaging, and must be original condition as sold (No test markings, No physical damage, No scratch marks or dents). If applicable seller shall transfer to Buyer whatever transferable warranties and indemnities Seller receives from the manufacturer of the Products, including any transferable warranties and indemnities respecting patent infringement. Returns and/or exchange that do not meet above return policy and include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be rejected and returned to original buyer at buyers cost.

All export order must follow the US Export Compliance Laws.

Any countries not listed above, persons and/or companies that are listed on the US BIS Denied Seller List will have there order rejected and will not ship.
(Orders that do not comply with the US export law and our policies will have there order(s) refunded and maybe charged a restocking per item [upto 20%] and/or service fee's if impossed at our discretion)
